i have heard that the big green egg is a product made by another company.
is this true?
any customer service issues?
how is the quality and performance of the product? |

Yes, Big Green Egg is a completely different company. I have only heard good things about their products and service, but should let folks here who actually own one comment.

BGE is made by BGE Company based in Atlanta. I have a large and small and are very happy with them. Have had the firebox crack and I drove over and they gave me one out of a floor model since they didn't have on in stock. Had the charcoal grate crack, called on Friday, new one arrive on Monday. Both part free of course due to their lifetime warranty.
There are other great cookers out there, so check around. |
