Tony, information such as Dano asked for would be good information for all of us. I know we don't ever expect out top hat to crumble or break, but stranger things have happened. It would be nice to know just which parts can be ordered, and how to go about it. I am still waiting for some cobalt blue tiles, I have an invoice but still need the tiles. The invoice number is 10495 if that helps. Keep up the good work.

And what good work has Tony done. All we ever hear is complaints we never hear of any resolutions, quick responses or ACTUAL customer service. Just a post to call customer service. Why does Bob need an invoice, does he need to pay for the tiles that fell off his POSK? What a joke! |
