Parts?

I curretnly own a #7 and a #3. I have had the 7 for 5 years and the 3 for around 2 years. I love the 7 but dread the day I need some parts or servicing.

The 3 arrived with a dmaaged top which they have never fixed. After about 20 calls and emails I called the credit card company and they gave me a refund. To this day Kamado never calls or returns emails.

Does anybody know where I cold obtain parts for the 7? including a lump saver and the bottom grate?

I already have my name on the next K#5 firering from Komodo! I may also want a grill and lumpsaver while the getting is good.
