Wow, the wayback machine is a great place to waste a few minutes. How about this little gem from '99?

This is not to say we have not had problems in the past (hopefully, rarely in the future) like the wrong color, wrong size, painted instead of stainless bands, without cart, with cart and to the sent to the wrong address! Nor that there are not or will not be occasional broken handles and other minor problems. Since we design and manufacture the entire product, we have complete control over our Kamado’s quality. We will stand behind our products 100%. |

I won't tell you how many hours I surfed that site to find that 10yr tilework warranty. I knew it had to be there but dang there were as many missing pages as accessible pages.
Guess RJ's newest fanboy is right, some of us do need a life. |

Have you taken a look at the Kamado Europe warranty, as listed on their site?? It is much more realistic than RJs empty promises.
I suspect the local distributor running that show knows he is much easier to drag into a EU court than RJ. |

Kamado Europe warranty was one of the things that tipped me off that I didn't want a Kamado. The EU is good for the US consumer sometimes. |
