Keep in mind that old ceramic kilns and furnaces are recoated many times over decades and the insulating qualities are actually better because of the additional thickness of the coatings. Spalling or cracking (if still in one piece or can be put together) doesn't mean a thing. This characteristic is one of the reasons for the "live time" guarantee with reasonable maintenance. |
Unbelievable! Of course maybe he really means "live" time and not "life" time? There are so many angry former customers who tried to get their "live time" guarantee and didn't get any help from the Kompany that RJ is pretty ballsy to keep claiming he has any warrantee at all, let alone a lifetime warrantee.
And notice that he seems to be saying that his lifetime guarantee doesn't cover cracking if you can put it back together yourself! WHAT THE F***????????????? For the love of humanity people, USE SOME COMMON SENSE!!!! Why do you want to support this company??????????? |
