Well some of you may remember R.J. committing to send a replacement #1 my way when I caught him off gaurd. On the forum he asked people to email him about another subject and I did and also asked about my warranty. Richard agreed and sent my order to kustomer service. Richelle was kind and helpful and I received my invoice promptly stamped paid in full. Also Richelle is the original person that sold my "K" to me in the first place and the only negative problems that I encountered was when the parents got involved. I have never had a problem dealing with her personally. The parents on the other hand we already know what to expect. The replacement is scheduled to arrive the first week of October. I figure at least I have a pretty good chance of getting my lifetime warranty fulfilled and that's my goal. I am thankful for the KFF for giving the kustomers a place to turn to when calls and emails go unanswered. This should be interesting. Let's see when it really arrives. Start the countdown!

Nemesis, 2009? I would be happy with that! In my personal belief I am thinking they have probably caught on to me. I mean I did try and become a "K" forum member before I arrived here and used the same name as I use here! It might be like committing Hari "K"ari if R.J. reads this and finally puts 1+1= Unbelievable together! I know he reads this forum daily. If they deliver on time I will not attribute it to R.J. or his wife Deborah. She is extremely angry and he just stays drunk at the casino buffet schemeing and day dreaming about his partnership with Rutland! Anyhow I love the KFF support group VS. "Team Kamado" and it would be worth losing my replacement and exposing R.J. and his wife for being liars once again! I feel sorry for the corrupted daughters that try and cover up their parents lies. Let the chips fall where they may! My monies on you guy's. I'm goin' for broke! Death before Dishonor! Catch me if you can! I'll see you on the other side! HA! HA! HA! !!!!
