As you know, a ceramic formula that can withstand 2000 degrees F doesn't mean a single thing when it comes to thermal shock. A formula to withstand rapid high temperature changes is quite different

Funny, Grill Dome, Primo and BGE are made from high temp ceramics and I don't remember anyone complaining about their high temp ceramic cookers crumbling or falling apart only people who own clay cookers or those made from portland cement and lava rock. |
