Welcome to ceramic cooking. That's a great buy. You can't beat it.
By the way, There's a lot of great information stored in the archives on this forum. You can find everything you need when it come to different techniques on how to do a ???? I wish there were more people posting on a regular basis, but it has really slowed down over the last year.

Keith I agree with you on the above, 100 percent! We are in the time of year that most of us use our K's several times per week, or at least weekly. Why we aren't flooding the forum with Kooking and chit-chat I do not know. I am as guilty of not posting as anyone, and I do check the forum daily in hopes. I will try to get some pictures taken and posted when I do what I do, like that eggplant parm which would have made a beautiful showing.
