This post is dated today on their forum index, but I can't help but question the information since it contains East Coast contact numbers and a number for their factory.

Well, the 804 area code is Richmond, VA. Maybe Laura hasn't figured out yet that David and Kim got smart and got out of the East Coast distributorship. No product, no support, no distributorship. You can't distribute what the Kompany won't send you. The 804 number has been disconnected. The east coast 877 number is a computer-generated voice answering machine. The message is generic, not Kamado related.
And why in the world would Kamado have a fax number with a Kentucky area code? It IS a working fax number. I wonder if it is a fax service like that PO Box front that they use for their Korporate HeadKwarters. |

Evidently the posting date automatically updates daily on this. I guess they don't intend to update the numbers cause then they would have to come up with new excuses why they don't respond. Gotta love the one recently where Laura asys they just found out someone else was getting their calls!  |
