Get help from the San Diego Better Business Bureau

for those of you that have tried every way of personally reaching the Kamado Corporation for resolution, you should also consider the San Diego Better Business Bureau. you can file a complaint with them online, and they will make efforts to help reach resolution by acting as a go-between.

well, while i wont pretend to understand all the intricacies of the situation, the Kamado Corp website still lists a San Diego phone # on their index page. so, if i had a bunch of moldy charcoal, or underweight charcoal, or whatever problem that they were dragging their feet on, i'd be emailing the San Diego BBB.

has Kamado Corporation has zero matches in the South Nevada BBB. but, if i haven't got the search set up right, like if they're not using the term "kamado" or whatever, then i might be missing it. the South Nevada BBB report seach page is located at...

It came up a few months ago the business name they were using in Nevada, and it did not have the kamado name in it. He re-organizes every couple of years to avoid the claims. It would be interesting if someone had a list of the various names he has used.
