I noticed this promise that they say has never happened. Is it because they just make you smash them instead of picking them up?
XIV. Is There a Guarantee of Satisfaction?
There is a guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your Kamado and if not, for any reason, you will receive a full refund and we will pick up your Kamado This is somewhat an empty promise since it has never happened. |

| I cannot believe they put that on there. I mean a bold faced lie, "since that has never happened" - can we say bullshit? Ok, Ok, I guess I might be wrong since they don't honor the warranty anyway except in extreme cases that involve high profile, credit damaging and funny pics. |

Where did you find that statement? I've surfed around and all I can find is the statement about K's being "guaranteed not to burn out and turn brittle" or something like that. |

the reason it lasted that long is that i didn't come right out and say something "mean". in fact, i was agreeing with a groupie. i'm pretty much resolved not to post their anymore. it does no good. seeing folks buying into all the BS is (actually) depressing me.
