We have obtained reasonable rates to expedite small accessories or replacements by air directly from our factory to your door. Their might be instances where you might want or need this expedited service. A good example might be Sunbrella covers, damper top collars, tile colors that are made in Indonesia (most of our standard tile colors), all lighter stainless accessories, handles, knobs, s/s gas burners, draft doors, just to name a few.
This air service is available to any country in the world and the rates, time of delivery often differ between country.
We pass on to you ALL our saving in these direct express shipments. The weight of the item determines these airfreight charges.

Oh, now we get it. All those people who didn't get all the parts and accessories they ordered. It was because they are still being shipped! Boats take a long time to get from Indonesia to the US. So, if you really want the things RJ has promised you, you'd better cough up for EXPEDITED shipping at great extra expense to you, or else once again, it will be YOUR FAULT you didn't get what you ordered. The BS just keeps on coming.
Oh, and Richard. Those covers you sell aren't made from Sunbrella, so stop advertising that they are. Sunbrella isn't made by Dupont, so you can't possibly be using Sunbrella. (Anyone want to go to the trouble of digging up that dreadful photo of an RJ cover with all the ugly tape and poor fit?) |

Not to mention, there is no Indonesia factory anymore so where is this stuff being shipped from????
Its kind of comical how RJ just makes up new things every few weeks just to give the impression that he actually still has a viable business. Sad. |
