Interesting, Richard is here to take more money from a trust-worthing customer. I have a Visa statement stating he has received money for an order made in July that was supposed to be filled in 2-4 weeks. Your business would be in happier place if Kamado would just fill their orders and complete their promises.

Personally, I don't think " Casey " is a real person-- or if he is, he just doesn't get it---he's been on the fence and checking and double checking what to buy-- size, color etc--- New, Used With warrant or Extended warranty --maybe he is real and just likes rockin' the boat lol
