Hi, I want to order a new rod firebox for my #7 but there's no answer at either of your phone #s and in each case the message says that your "mailbox is full". Could someone call me at 812#461#8256? Much appreciated! scott

Hello Scott,
Sorry telephone is busy. Please email sales@kamado.com as this is often the best and sure way to contact us. We have the request for a rod firebox for your K-7 and someone will call to confirm.
Thanks, |
Business must be bustling with all of the "Post Christmas Sale" orders since the mailbox is jammed. |

I guess it's not piddling, but since I have currently have a glued together not straight, not airtight and incomplete top hat, when I'm done kooking, i have to snuff it out with a garbage bag over the top and bungied closed. Feel like a kidnapper every night putting a bag on it's head!
I wish I had a more elegant solution until a new hat arrives... I really like that flagstone and coin idea, but I got into kooking to make BBQ and need to go low and slow... Hmm... I wonder if I got a train to flatten some pennies... Maybe that would give me the magic 225 degree kook... | |
