I ordered M63D, 12 pounds. I have been charged for it on my charge card, but I have not received the M63D as of yet. I don't even know if it has been shipped. I am trying to repair my K7 that has lost many tiles and has fine cracks beneath where the tiles come off. When I inquired about how much M63D I needed I was told 12 pounds by Richelle when I was finally able to get a reply. I have been trying hard to find out if my M63D has been shipped. I have called emailed several times to no avail. Richard I hope you read this.

That's precisely the issue I am having with my rod firebox order. And I'm not real enthusiastic about paying more money for something I might not receive for a while since I am still out the money for the rod firebox and haven't had any luck in finding out when it would ship. I'm hoping I can just get the rod firebox soon, as I was originally told that they were in stock and would ship "in a few days".
Richard, if you can help out at all, it would be appreciated.

Three of the Kamado faithful and not one of them can even get a response from RJ, let alone get what they have paid their money for. I have to think that RJ is no longer interested in running this business or even pretend to run it, and maybe the girls look in on the business once in a while if they get tired of the casinos and parties. No one is getting anything delivered to them. It seems as if RJ is leaving the website up in case any poor sucker sees it and decides to place an order and send some money.
So, if you are even remotely thinking about buying something from Kamado, you need to read these posts again.... |

I checked and there is a rod firebox boxed with your name on it. I have no idea why if you paid for it why it was not sent. No one working today but I will leave a follow up request if you want it and/or why it was not sent.
