Got the charcoal a few day ago. While it took a while it was worth the wait!
Thanks guys!

Richard or Richelle,
We've been trying to place a large order for charcoal and have left email and voicemail messages, but no response. Can you get back to me please? (Coal supply running low!)
Thanks, Jim in Salt Lake (james.bardsley@hsc.utah.edu)

Hi Jim,
I just forwarded the email to you sent last month with the shipping rate. The pricing is still the same. Thanks!

Laura,
It's been an hour and I still don't have it. Address above is correct- I don't know what's going on.

Hi Jim,
Maybe in the junk folder since it came from sales? In the mean time I just copied the original email and sent it via private message. Let me know if you get it. Thanks!
Laura | Well JTolive finally got his charcoal after six months or so. I think the long wait was understandably caused by junk mail problems. Why would anyone want to get on a waiting list for charcoal or send these people money in the first place? It must really be some great charcoal. |

I Gave Up |

Before I saw the light I had actually placed an order earlier this year for 300 lbs of Richard's KEL. After 40 days of putting up with their complete stupidity in trying to get a correct invoice from the girls I gave up and ordered the 300lbs from Komodo Kamado and had my order stacked in my shed 8 days later. It's a good thing - Of all the extruded I've used it's the best. |

Adam didn't think so, he bought some KK charcoal from me, admittedly at a retail mark up, and said it was the worst he's used. Hard to light ,tremendous ash...I offered to buy back what he had left but haven't heard back from him since April or May. I have about 10 cases left, hope it doesn't sell out too soon, who knows when we can get any more. I thought it was great stuff by the way. |
