We have not received any payment from you. If you would confirm where you sent payment. Thank you!

Maybe she should check her junk mail filter... that's always the culprit, right?

Last time she simply had an old email address. This time, since the new email address was typed in for her, I'd say Laura just mis-copy-n-pasted it. I'm just trying to be positive.

I sent payment in a reply to your e-mail containing the invoice.

Hopefully all he sent was a credit card number, not a check like I did. Meanwhile I'm still sitting here having to bum a little room on a friend's smoker any time I wish I had some BBQ. There is a silver lining - we usually hang out, have a few beers and enjoy the anticipation of something smoked on an actual, real live smoker in their backyard. My backyard still has a primo spot occupied by a hibiscus since I don't have my POSK yet. You know, it's hard to cook anything on a hibiscus....

Kamado does not take credit cards. We believe they cannot get an account any more because of all the chargebacks from customers who never got their goods delivered. They pretend to offer a discount for cash, but the last person I know of who bought something from them had to send a check or a money order.

Don't I know it, Fishtail. I'm sitting here wishing I'd found this forum before I mailed my check to them. It's little consolation that I only paid half before I figured out I'd been "had". I'd be on the road to NV to hunt me some Johnsons if I'd sent the whole amount.

But you sent that check through the U.S. Mail -- now you have other legal remedies to demand a refund.

Richard has been known to cave under the pressure of mail fraud allegations, however, YMMV. I think that he doesn't really care about little stuff (like civil tort customers, things like that), but federal law and levies are something he is still a little bit concerned about.

Yeah, RJ is probably afraid of the feds. He tried running to Mexico, but that didn't work out. He probably can't go back to Indonesia. Could Canada be next?

The work standard and ethics here are like nowhere else in the world. The local culture is exciting and varied and the girls and I couldn't be happier. We expect to have our factory running full time within the next month, producing both our new K11, all existing K models, as well as our most excellent Kamado extruded coconut charcoal, better even than the Philippine formula."

I've tried for the last 60 days to order 2 lbs. of M63D. I've done everything properly. I've spoken with Tony on several occasions. I sent several Emails to Sales and Tony. I've never had a problem over the years sending or receiving emails with Kamado. So my question here is - WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO ENGAGE IN A SIMPLE BUSINESS TRANSACTION. I have money and you have a product. Several months ago I spent time and effort to put together an order with 2 other parties for 450lbs of Lump. I had an order ready to go (see my posts under pallet orders). After messing around for over 30 days trying to get the invoices sent to us correctly I finally had to go somewhere else and ordered 450lbs. lump. I realize now were only talking about 15.00 of product, but the principle is the same. You have the my email and you know what I want. Tony even took my information over the phone on 2 different calls. So you have my information.

You know what I love about this post? "I've done everything properly".

That's right, you've been a good fanboy, Handler. How could they be so mean?

Hehehehe.

The_handler, we have all the M63D you might need and available to be sent at any time. All you have to do is pay for the order. Thanks.

Yeah, pay for your order deadbeat! They always blame the kustomer before a suspension.

The Handler and Bobh...both are still hanging on (maybe the last 2). Why? Because they both desperately need something from RJ that will keep their K running for a while longer.

Hang in there fellers!!!!

How do you know The_Handler got banned?

He DID get called out, but the post was deleted... it was pretty funny:

Looking at your past posts, I don't think Tony, or RJ for that matter,
will ever make you happy. Just go somewhere else.

I bet I speak for everyone when I say that WE'RE TIRED OF READING IT.
A FEW EXAMPLES (AMONG MANY):

I've sent 2 emails to Sales over the last 60 days concerning my
interest in ordering 300LBS of KEC. I've had no reply to my request.
Will someone please give me a call or email me. I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

Why can't I get a rod firebox for my K9? My order would be a paid
order. If you check the original thread were Richard first introduced
the item I had indicated I wanted one starting back then. I've used
the proper channel at least 20 times to contact Kamado over the last
year and no one returns my attempts to contact them. I'm thinking
Kamado has me confused with someone they don't want to do business
with and that would be a mistake.

I've done nothing, but support Kamado. Please check back to the same
original thread concerning the introduction of the rod firebox. You
will see my comments during the time this forum was being fire bombed
by the KK people. I'm also interested in some CEL and Lump and no one
has responded to that request either. If you don't want my money just
let me know. I can handle a GTH message better than no communication
at all.

John,
If you want you can purchase my ten boxes of lump. In my case they hit
my card for the koal several weeks ago, but not the extras I'd
ordered. I had ordered new bands, an upper bracket and lump savor. It
was on a another invoice, but I've tried multiple times over 2 1/2
weeks to get their attention and make sure the extra items were going
to be on the shipment. No one called me back or replied to my emails
or replied to even a PM to Laura. Once I caught Deborah on the phone
and she said she'd take care of it. You think she did - Duh. With
knowing it happens to many many members so much that we all go through
their pain reading about their frustrations trying and pleading to get
something done. I've had it.

Singe,

Thepidler's quote has a deeper meaning! "You might get lucky...."
means several things would have to happen to get lucky. My
interpretation - not Greg's. Kamado would first have to answer their
phone or as least return their phone messages. " a new pledge has been
made to do so" Your payment information is collected and not
misplaced, thus holding up the entire share order. And finally, that
you would still be excited to receive your order. You should be since
you're getting in on the tail end of the order. Go ahead and jump on
in. We'd love the company.

Oh where oh where are my boxes of Koal?
Oh where oh where can they be?
With my credit charged and the bill already due?
Oh where oh where can they be?

What am I complaining for - I'm K-less for the next 10 days.

I feel that all the time and effort put in by all of us on the
receiving of the order was needless waste of our time. It should have
been a lot easier, but I'm not going to bring it up again. I'll be
happy when everyone has what they ordered.

As far as the Kamado Lump goes it's the best I've used. I use to have
to buy whatever I could find wherever I could find it. I got tired of
the small pieces and all the dust in the bottom of the bags. There is
a lot of waste in the bags. With Kamado's lump it's more expensive
because of the freight charges but it consistent. There's no waste and
it stacks nicely in my shed and the smoke favor is not overpowering.
As long as I can get it and it doesn't cost anymore than what I
currently paying I'm going to use it exclusively.
