Exactly why does the owner have to talk to a part time helper before doing the right thing for this customer? Oh, that's right. In order to further delay doing anything at all! Usually, the owner of a company can just tell his people to take care of it. I suppose this is just another example of RJ's "personal" touch. Barf.... |
