Posted on Thursday, September 24, 2009 - 4:11 pm: I received this picture today from one of the world's best hotel/resort chefs. I am embarrassed to ask them what this 7 bone meat is. I wonder if anyone of you could email me and tell me what this meat is? I have the picture in very high resolution if you can't make the meat out. They cook on #9's. Thanks, richardj@kamado.com

Shocked OOOOOOOH!

Wow! Singapore's top chefs must be trying to get their hands on the first #11. What say you Curly? Laughing

RJ has been making cookers for thousands of years and he doesn't recognize a simple cut of meat? And I'll believe this hotel business when I see one of them praising his customer service, lmao.....

Oh, and notice how sparkling clean the inside of that second cooker is. It's never been used. I wonder if RJ took some photos of some cookers himself next to a waterway.

This actually quite telling. "Embarrassed to ask"???

Translation: I burned these people and they won't talk to me.

Seriously... what kind of fool would receive pictures from somebody and be afraid to ask them what they were? Instead he has to post them on his own forum and say "Can anybody tell me what this is?" Ask the people who sent them to you, dumbass!

Aha! There's the key - he can't ask, because he probably screwed them over. Who knows how he got or fabricated the photo. Laura Johnson was learning photoshop recently...

There actually is a canal that cuts across the island. Go to Google Maps and look for the waterway that comes up from the southeast. It narrows and turns into a canal. But it probably still is a bad photoshop job, Laughing

Eh, I don't think that is photoshopped, actually. I believe that is the Fullerton Hotel, in Singapore. The thing we need to do, however, is contact the hotel and find out how about their experience dealing with Richard Johnson. Because I know if they were happy about it, he wouldn't be "afraid" to ask questions about what they're cooking on them.
