Hi S.S., Those look great. I wanna get one of those canons and copy some of your recipes. Are they pricey? Also do you have a URL for one? Another question, I notice that you use kingsford charcoal. I like kingsford but I notice that Kamado sells charcoal too. I sometimes use Lazzari lump as well. I would suspect that Kamado charcoal is in high demand and it must be great stuff. Do you ever use it? If so how does it compare to some of the other brands that you have used? Thanks Again |

I was using Kingsford because I was out of lump charcoal. Lump lights much easier and seems cleaner. The Kingsford competition charcoal last longer for pork butts and briskets...I'm going to try some solar cooking on the K7 this summer... |
Hmmm, maybe Surfinsapo just can't bring himself to say in public that the crappy charcoal that Kamado sells produces even more ash than Kingfsford! |
