I am guessing that since there is a large area of tiles coming off, and not just 1 or 2, that I can expect more problems. I don't know how to do tile work, and If possible I would rather just get a new top. Is it possible to do this under warranty, and have me pay the shipping on a new top? |
Is this guy smoking weed or something? Get a lid under warrantee? ARE YOU KIDDING???? RJ would flee the country before he would ship you a new lid for tile problems. Oh, someone needs to point this guy to this forum bad! |

"There is no with a little maintenance, re-grouting and sealing the tile to come off."
Unfortunately, this is not listed in the instructions, or on the sales pages, as being part of the normal maintenance. |
Dude. Rule number 1 of owning a Kamado cooker from RJ. If it breaks, it is a part of normal maintenance and is the owner's responsibility. Kamado Kookers are perfect and pure. Nothing ever goes wrong. If it does, you screwed up, not RJ. There is no warrantee because none is needed on a perfect and pure product. Sheesh! Next thing you know these darn customers will be wanting RJ to deliver accessories that they have paid for. |
