Great Surfinsapo! We can not find your telephone or email address in our data bank. Maybe just email me with your contact information. Thanks, richardj@kamado.com
What do you suppose he is up to now? Is it possible R.J. is trying to put a new deal together Question

What? Sapo is not in *The Database*? The same database that is used to determine when and where a grill came from, and from that deduce what you did wrong to make it fall apart? You mean *The database* is not reliable?

Just to clarify Nemesis' comment, in the past when someone has asked a question about their Kooker, RJ has demanded an invoice number from the customer. RJ then claims he will go look up the invoice and find all the specific details on that particular POS Kooker. In reality, RJ was just looking to avoid having to actually provide any assistance to the customer. RJ usually ends up blaming the customer for not following the break-in procedure or berates them for not understanding that his "hand-crafted work of art" is unique and will have slight blemishes that are a sign of the quality and love that RJ puts into each one of his cookers. Yes, RJ actually expects you to believe that all those missing tiles are the sign of true artisan workmanship! That RJ doesn't have a customer email or phone number is hard to believe since he claims to have records of everything that ever happened.

The problem is RJ lost those records because he keeps moving his operation around so much.

Just to clarify Nerka's comment ( Laughing ), Kamado started out in Sacramento, then RJ moved operations to Indonesia. Then he moved operations back to Sacramento. Then he moved operations to Mexico. Then he SAID he moved his operations to Singapore, but he actually moved them back to a nasty clay shack in Indonesia, while moving his family to Las Vegas where they could have ready access to all the casino buffets. With each move he disparaged the location he was leaving and praised the location he was moving to. Funny how that resulted in him praising Indonesia, damning Indonesia, praising Indonesia, you get the idea. And people wonder why you can't rely on his word when he takes your money and says he ship you a product.

That place was made by guy's like R.J. for guy's like R.J. to set up shop! Funny how guy's like him gravitate there. No offense to good, honest, reliable, hard working people who live there. I was wondering how about checking out his operation from a sattelite cam. Is anyone good with that stuff? Wink

No need....his home address has already been posted, and you can view it on google maps if you want.

His business addresses are a Mailboxes plus location, and a clearinghouse for setting up corporations. Pictures of both have been posted on this forum.

Ok, Richard, sent another email via hotmail.. The first was from gmail.. Hope it get's there this time.
It's really hard to believe that they have so many problems over there. Surfinsapo seems like a nice enough guy. I sure hope he doesn't get wiped out! Neutral

It makes one wonder. If RJ and his family cannot even handle answering emails and listening to messages on an answering machines, how good can his products be? Of course, you can see for yourself in all the photos of kookers with half their tiles missing, cracked shells, damper tops broken off. This company is one BIG RED FLAG and yet people still expect to get what they have been promised. Simply amazing.
