Gets a little repetitive, doesn't it? Here's a recent delete:

Kamado Discussion Forum: The Kampfire: Customer service please

Posted by Eman102080 on Wednesday, June 04, 2008 - 11:34 am:

Hello,

Can someone from Kamado customer service please get back to me?

My BBQ is broken and I have not been able to reach anyone for a whole
month. I have called dozens of times, left many messages, sent
multiple emails, and several PMs through the forum. The only reply I
ever got was "What is your name and order number?" from Richard when
my previous Kampfire forum post was deleted. Since replying to
Richard, I still have not had my warranty issue addressed. I have been
patient and civil for a whole month but starting to reach the end of
my rope. I know this forum is not for customer service but after a
month of being virtually ignored, you leave me no choice. Please
reference your email inbox for details and pictures of my repair
issue.

Emmanuil

And, in case anyone was wondering:

I just tried the two east coast customer service numbers. The 877
number appears to be another place (not Kamado) and the local 804
number is no longer in service. FYI.

Not surprising....They must be so busy coordinating all the cookers/orders that arrived a few weeks ago! Laughing

Interesting there are no posts from those who should have received their orders by now.

This truly mind boggling how this continues to go on. This happens over and over and over. Someone has trouble contacting Kamado. They refuse to reply to their customer. Customer thinks Kamado is this nice and friendly family owned and run business, so they give them a million chances. Finally, the customer's patience runs out. They post a request to the forum for Kamado to contact them, and BAM! The post is gone (and magically appears here, LMAO!) and the customer is now banned from the forum.

Kamado used to try to hide their poor service/lack of service. They used to lie about it. They used to post stupid answers to customers telling them to call or email. Now, they just delete the post and ignore the person. The only people Kamado will communicate with now are customers willing to send them a check, and then only if hell freezes over and Kamado actually has a cooker to sell them.

How long is the statute of limitations? Maybe I should revisit my lawsuit now that the Johnsons are back in the country and would be a whole lot easier to find.

Since they are renting as per kamadomeansfraud's previous post, I question there is anything to pay you with. If RJ had a pension from his flying days, I think it is untouchable.

But...the criminal charges may still apply.....

They got you pretty good, maybe it is worth looking into.

Makes you wonder if daddy ever visits his precious little girls in Las Vegas.....

And they do have assets in the US, don't they?

Richard lives with his wife and two girls in Vegas.

As far as assets, they don't have much of anything, psaeudo gypsies if you ask me.

They do have one other daughter at Chico State. I think she just graduated.

If they live in Vegas, is their Ensenada factory closed? Or is it in Indonesia? Anyway, I left a post on their forum asking where are they and will they ever respond to my phone messages or emails. It has been 3 months. Thank goodness, my Kamado #5 has been working fine without any problems. Hopefully, someone will find them in Vegas and serve them papers with a "GOTCHA".

They will reap their rewards SOMEDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile

I have been trying to contact Customer Service for 3 months. Via phone and email. All I get via phone is a answering machine. I have left several messages, but not response. Same with emails. Does RJ or anyone at Kamado really care????

Gibsonfe, Why don't you try posting again to the Kamado forum. Just for laughs, I would like to see if you are still a member. Razz

Gibsonfe, how about asking them about my lifetime warranty against cracks. I attempted to become a forum member after they would not return my emails and was refused because they new about my cracked "K". Rolling Eyes
