since the johnsons seem to monitor this site, I'm sure the door has been slammed on GRB...But I think he is a fairly skilled and probably will resolve the issue long before the johnsons would entertain giving him any Kustomer service. remember they are a DIY Kustomer Service |

Hello-this was my my original post. Months ago you said that you would
send me a new damper collar and new top damper since mine had frozen
and cracked. I haven't heard an update from you in a long time. Can
you please advise me of the status? |
If at first you don't succeed...

Honestly, I'd consider just busting it up with a hammer and putting the pieces in the trash can. It is is broken, faded, and rusting.... why do I want it in my back yard.
Even so, I really like my #1. If DL made a #1 or #3 I'd hit it for sure. My advice is now to just bust up your POSK and quit living the dream. Accept your new reality and quickly move on to the next chapter (maybe a KK) in your Qing life. Like getting over your hot ex girlfriend that turned out to be psycho.
There is nothing I need being mfg'd by business operating from a rented PO box in Las Vegas.
I would order a DL spider kit but I do not want to prolong the life of the #7. So you fix the spider, then your charcoal grate rusts through, or the draft door falls off, or whatever. Best to cut the cord as soon as possible. |

Too funny and so true. Well put. I realize it is difficult to cut the cord on something that was expensive, but once you move on it is a major step. |

Psycho wouldn't be so bad. I feel like I was in a remake of the Crying Game. I've been puking in the bathroom ever since. |

The people at Kamado are the biggest bunch of con artists I have ever seen or heard of. And I have worked in the auto and mortgage business for the past 30 plus years.
They are all con-men and -women plain and simple |
