No calls..no emails...Do the phones even work anymore?

My "updates on shipping" have come by way of pm's lately and not emails.
I got a pm from Richelle, when I was dealing with Laura all the way and this last "update" from Robeth was also sent in a pm. That pm was also a little bit longer than the post that was on their site.

I did recieve a tracking number from this "new customer".
Its just that the trucking company page won't load for me.
Ooops, just loaded and found out site is down 'till tonight for maintainence.

They certainly got on and deleted messages yesterday. Let me emphasize they do have phones and message recorders that they ignore.

Amazing how resourceful they are when it suits their needs, isnt it?

I got in touch with the trucking company and the #7 was tendered to them on Thursday, NOT Monday or Tuesday.
Why do you have to lie to people?

man, you think they lie when they talk about shipping dates, etc. try to IMAGINE what you come up against if/when you try to claim against their "lifetime warranty"...

if they are willing to prevaricate concerning little things, IMAGINE what they do over big things!

hope you never have to try and get them to honor their warranty! you might have had a slim chance had you kissed butt instead of standing up for yourself. "oh, i don't mind waiting forever. they must've had a good reason for lying to my face. they are just a mom-and-pop outfit, how dare anyone expect them to stand behind their word" and on and on.

but now that you've actually refused to put up with all the bs and games, you are surely on their "naughty" list...
