The grill scraper/ash tool is the #1 most functional thing
RJ ever sold me. (See? I can say summat good!)
2nd most functional thing was the crate my #5 came in
The warranty is the LEAST functional thing.
BD(the thinset under the tiles is the 2nd least functional thing) |

The latest--- still grifting:
Quote: | Hello Kamado Customers,
Hope you had a nice summer. Can you believe the summer is over?
We have attached our 2nd September, 2012 Newsletter and there should be a few things of interest. I did include the link to our first video on YouTube about starting and Kooking on the electric EK3. Here at the Johnsons house, we Kook almost every night on our EK3, because it is so simple to start the charcoal and get the walls hot with the electric element a child could do it.
Most of our Kamado Customers would appreciate seeing your Kooking pictures and possibly your videos. With your permission, we would like to put them on our website and blog. Please email them to Richard and thanks in advance.
Thank you for your interest and if you do not wish to receive our newsletter or received this email by mistake, please let us know and we will promptly remove you.
Very best from all of us……….
Richard

Video is painful to watch.
So hilarious that she speaks of getting "gypped" on the charcoal in the video -- hahahaaa, as Richard and Debra and Richelle Johnson are the grand masters of gypping!!!
The Johnsons still owe me $324.83 (plus interest now) since August 2011. They cashed my check and proceeded to ignore me. I hope Debra's next bag of charcoal contains millions of tiny crabs/genital lice that infest the whole household so she can really complain about being "gypped." |

Kind of funny how they are using a POSK with tiles that have fallen off the damper top. Great Advertising! |

Of course, it couldn't be true, but it looks like she put the game hens back into the marinade bowl without washing the bowl? Yuck. |

Aside from the non-practical considerations of the size, especially not if any prospective purchasers have a computer and know how to use Google and combine the words "Johnson" and "Kamado."

Probably the only one ever intended to be made was the one in the pics. It's probably fabricated with spray styrafoam (Great Stuff). |
