Maybe not 56... but remember RJ was 20 years older or some such. Their daughters are 23-28 or thereabouts... it's not that far off.

I guess you're right...I never really knew about the age difference...always thought they looked about the same age.

thanks for the heads up... I have not heard from her since she confirm receiving my info. ~ 2months now... Hope the Johnston's aren't wearing her out. |

I didn't know she was out of the office (maybe maternity leave?). Thanks, Gerard, for the message. Sorry for the delayed response - I was out of commission for awhile for back surgery.
Keep following up with her anyway (send the emails). The more complaints she gets, the more leverage she will have to investigate, or to have others investigate. |

| It appears that our NV AG office may have been successful in obtaining a physical address for one of the kamado clan, and has successfully served papers. If you still have open issues, make sure they get to the Nevada Rhodes at the Nevada Attorney General's Office IMMEDIATELY. |

Hey all, seriously, if you are out money or have complaints, file them with the Nevada AG - I spoke with the investigator today, and she indicated that she has received 5 complaints (all of a different nature). If you have lost money or have other consumer issues requiring attention, please be sure that you send them along. I also forwarded information from the NV secretary of state's office which indicated that Mr. Johnson does not have a business license to operate in the state of NV.
We are making progress - as I said, they have a physical address and he is now under investigation. So, now's your chance... |
