My girlfriend has been calling for two days now, and
leaving messages for you guys but no one answers, and no one returns
calls.
I was at the shop yesterday and spoke to Darrel who
said to call. Well.....we are trying.
I have called twice
and only get the machine. She has now faxed you guys an order list
as well.

Erik,
I have been calling and emailing for two
months now. I sent my draft door back to upgrade to the new burner
system along with an order for a number of accessories and well, I
have not be given the courtesy of an acknowledgment.
The
enthusiasm I have had for my green #7 is just about extinguished.

Well they finally called back after she sent the fax.
I must say though, I am really disappointed in what appears
to be an utter lack of interest from Kamado about customers. I mean
jezzus. We call....we leave messages...no one calls back?
Hell, I was just *there* yesterday and it sure as hell
wasn't "busy" in the shop. Damn.
ANSWER THE PHONE or RETURN
YOUR CALLS.
It's just good business.
Sheesh. Yeah,
Im ticked off.

I share your frustration!!! I am ready to buy a #7. It
took the K folks 5 weeks to get back to me prior to my move. When
they finally called, I made the bad decision to call the company
back after my move. I started calling again three weeks ago, have
left numerous messages, but no call back. I know the K is a
wonderful thing, but I am at a loss to understand why it is so
difficult to just return a phone call. At some point, I will buy
something else. |

I got a call back yesterday...was it the post, or just
good luck? Either way, I've got an aquamarine #7 coming, hopefully
before the snow falls here in Colorado... |

i think they are catching on that they should be keeping
a close eye on this section of the board. things are looking up!
congratulations on ordering your #7. they are truly awesome cookers
and work as advertised. be prepared to keep after them for delivery
and call until your fingers fall off if they miss their date.
hopefully, tho, they are getting better in that area too! |
